Terms and Conditions

These rules apply to both top lists and sites which are listed on top lists. If you are running a top list on our system, it is your responsibility to ensure your members are following these rules, or you risk losing your account

We are currently only accepting English speaking top lists. Any top list which is created in a language other than english will be removed without notice.

Your site shall not contain any content which is abusive, obscene, threatening, or which violates any federal, state, or local law. Such content includes pornography, piracy, warez, hacking, phreaking, or any subject matter advocating illegal activity.

Your site shall not contain any adult content which would be inappropriate for children to view.

Sites which use autosurfs, bots, or other methods to artificially inflate traffic counts will be deleted without notice.

You may not use any methods to try to hide or manipulate our advertisements in any way.

We reserve the right to delete or suspend any accounts which we deem to be inappropriate or which are no longer following our terms. We update these terms from time to time and it is your responsibility to check them on a regular basis.

We reserve the right to delete inactive accounts (accounts that have not been set up after 30 days or which are not used for a period of 30 days).

You may place ads anywhere you like on your top list. The only restriction we have on this is you may not place Google ads unless you have paid to have our ads removed from your list. Google does not allow multiple accounts to have ads on the same page.

Sites about gambling, pay to click, pay to read, autosurfing, traffic exchanges, fta satellite, hyip, are only allowed if you upgrade to the Ad-free version. Once you create your account, log in and you will see a link to upgrade on the left hand side. Our advertisers do not want to have their ads placed on these types of sites, so this is the only way we can allow them on our system. If you create a top list falling in one of these categories, and do not upgrade it to ad-free within 1 hour, it will be deleted.
